Transformation stories from a few alums

Dina "I was feeling lonely as an artist and stuck in this weird, inconsistent rut. It wasn’t terrible but I felt lonely as a freelance graphics designer and artist. Create30 showed up out of nowhere but it felt like the right thing to join! And it really was. I got to meet so many lovely people and really worked on my art consistently! Sharing it and seeing what others created was pure inspiration and joy. My fellow artists were wonderful and some of the shared creations really touched and inspired me.But I also have something to complain about! I was left wanting longer calls and more time to connect with everyone... Yet, what really amazes me: that group energy and creative spark is still flowing into my everyday art. I'm inspired and focused in a wonderful way. I just wish the calls and maybe even the program were longer. It was already a complete experience but to be honest, we could make this program and community even more awesome and I would love to get involved with that! P.S.: I really did feel the framing was a bit too tight and now future challenges will have more space for connecting after I voiced my concerns and they saw the value behind that. Pretty cool that Leo and Aaron really do respond to feedback." Please do check out Dina's amazing art - seriously, her style is just awesome. Asra "Let me start with saying that I used to be creative but I lost touch with it for a while. At some point I was pretty much only writing applications for grants… not super fun and creative. My life seemed quite unstable at the time Leo invited me to join Create 30, so having some more structure and fun while getting back in touch with “real” creativity sounded intriguing… So I took the chance without really knowing what I’m getting into! And what a great idea that was. It really motivated me to get creative, knowing I would get feedback and inspiration from other people in my group. Seeing each-others art was at times quite personal and connecting, too. My main goal of getting back into writing stories was suddenly just fu - even cathartic at times! Something I hadn’t done in a very long time just came back so naturally into my life. That really felt great. Now, over a month later... I still find myself writing my stories! It’s so cool that the habit of regular creative time really stuck and I feel like that’s the main reward. Connecting with everyone was fun but the fact that I’m still writing now is just awesome. I really appreciate what Create30 made possible for me!" Veronika "As a beginning professional artist I had lost my sense of play trying to be all professional over months… I had this longing for joy and fun in my creative process. Art had become tedious and my inner critic had taken over the chatter in my mind. I remembered how much I loved being in the medium, in the creative act when I started focusing on my art. My inner child and I really wanted that spark back! Which is also why I picked up a guitar for my first Create30. I wanted one cohesive medium but something different than my usual paintings. The challenge I set: I’ll create new melodies everyday. The last time I had played guitar was 10 years ago and I probably would’ve never have picked it up again without Create30! It was so great to have a structure and community of people to try myself out with something totally new, giving me nourishing feedback every day. Also, seeing other people's daily, self-expressive contributions really had me motivated to make sure I show up fully, too! Honestly, I was surprised by myself and the change I experienced:Getting creative like this was transformational in different ways than I expected. I just totally opened up to what’s possible to create and how enjoyable I can make that process! The spark is back but I got even more: My creativity is so much more flowy. It’s become so much easier to dive into my creative energies as well and go all in - which is something I got from doing exactly that for thirty days straight. This is also why I joined the next cohort right away and I really hope you'll do the same :)" Veronika, too, has quite an awesome instagram and also a wonderful website. Sophie “Mainly I am a copywriter for a big company, I use my creative skills every day — but rarely for myself. My blog just sat there, untouched for quite a while. I’d ask myself: Where do I find the time to write my blog? What should I even write about? It felt easier to keep putting it off than to figure it out alone. Then I joined Create30. Having a daily structure and the encouragement to write at least 30 minutes a day changed everything. What really inspired me was the community — seeing my creative companions show up consistently and share their art: reels, music, paintings, stories. That energy made it so much easier (and more fun!) to show up for myself too. In our final celebratory call, I realized how connected I felt. So much of what we said resonated with each other. We’re all in this together. We’re all figuring it out. We’re all stumbling through — getting over whatever ‘blockage’ really is. For me, that’s the biggest shift: I no longer feel like I have to do this all on my own. Community keeps me writing, creating, and enjoying the process. I'm actually even starting a completely new role as a community manager soon. Create30 does stuff!” I really want to recommend checking out her blog. It's a great source of insight, inspiration and the joy of reading good writing!

🎨 The Barriers We Will Drag You Through:
Over-thinking & procrastination
You don’t need another productivity app, nor another creative guru.
You need a daily deadline and some nice people who’ll notice if you flake.
The classic 'creative block'
You’re not “blocked,” you’re just stuck in your own head. We’ll help you escape the chatter. No sage-burning required. (well… unless you like burning sage)
Over-editing & fear of judgment
That endless tweaking you do? Not charming. Not helpful. We teach you to share before your inner critic starts monologuing and killing off all your creative potential..
Create30 tackles these all-too-relatable struggles with zero-fluff strategies
and a community that actually cares about you.
🔥 A True Creative Story
Sophie works as a copywriter for a bigger company, so she is used to using her awesome creative skills... just not for herself.
"Where do I find the time to write my blog?"
"What should I even write about?"
A few weeks ago she joined the Create30 Challenge. It helped her into writing at least 30min a day! Her creative companions kept showing up and sharing their diverse and inspiring art – insta-reels, music, paintings, stories.
This was what really got her into consistent creativity.
Why?
Because community matters.
Especially comparing it with trying to force yourself to do it all on your own... It's so much easier to show up and go through the process of igniting our creative spark together 💚 And fun, too!
Here are Sophie's last words in our final, celebratory call:
"So much of what we said resonated with each other. We're all in this together. We're all figuring it out. We're all stumbling through, you know – getting over whatever 'blockage' really is." – Sophie

😍 What Other Creatives Are Saying
🎨 From Overthinker to Daily Creator
"Before Create30, I’d spend hours obsessing over a single idea, trying to make it perfect — only to never release it. This challenge changed everything. I learned to create and release daily. It’s been freeing. I now trust my creative instincts more than ever. Perfection no longer runs the show — progress does."
Alex, Visual Artist
📻 Music On Repeat
"Create30 gave me the push I needed to stop hiding my music. I wrote and uploaded 30 short pieces — and to my surprise, people loved them. I stopped judging my ideas so harshly and started sharing consistently. Now I’ve got an audience waiting for more. This challenge helped me find my creative rhythm."
Tayo, Music Producer
💡 Accountability Changed Everything
"The accountability group was my secret weapon. I showed up every day because others were too. We gave feedback, shared struggles, celebrated small wins. I wasn’t alone anymore — I was part of something real. Create30 helped me build a habit I actually want to keep."
Leo, Illustrator
🖋️ A Writer Unblocked
"I joined Create30 feeling stuck. I hadn’t published anything in months. By Day 10, I had written more than I had in the past year. And by Day 30, I had the beginnings of a new book. The daily 30-minute practice, the accountability group, the momentum — it all clicked. I feel like a writer again."
Jamie, Writer & Blogger
📸 Confidence on Camera
"I was terrified of showing my face online. But Create30 gave me a safe space to try, fail, and grow. The first video I shared was awkward — the 30th one went viral on Instagram. The consistency and community gave me the confidence I didn’t know I needed. I feel seen and supported."
Maya, Influencer & Short-Form Creator
🔥 A New Creative Identity
"I came in with doubts. I left with clarity, confidence, and a brand-new portfolio. I released 30 pieces in 30 days — something I never thought possible. Now I see myself not just as a creative, but as a professional creative. This challenge was a total reset."
Sienna, Multi-Disciplinary Artist

🛰️ Is Create30 self-paced or cohort-based?

Create30 is a cohort-based experience — meaning you’re not doing it for yourself in a lonely corner of the internet. You’ll be joining dozens of other creatives and placed into a pod of 8 fellow creatives, each working in their own creative medium (think: writers, designers, musicians, etc.). Each pod comes with a dedicated facilitator who’ll wrangle weekly check-in calls, keep the energy high, and make sure no one quietly disappears into the creative void.

🏹 What kind of commitment are we talking about?

Just 30 minutes of creativity per day, and sharing it with the community. That’s it. Note: Weekends are optional, although we expect creatives to quick post on what's inspiring them. Create30 is designed to fit into real life — all it asks is that you carve out half an hour daily to create something and share it with your pod. No all-nighters. No “drop everything and move to a cabin in the woods” energy. Just a small, consistent commitment to your creativity and that's the main dish! Everything else — bonus calls, extra resources, deep dives — is gravy. Delicious, optional gravy.
